Hello, and thank you for checking out my site and work.
Since I was young I’ve been a voracious reader, and I’ve been lucky enough to enjoy a career that combines a love of reading and ongoing learning, with an equivalent passion for design and typography.
I’ve built top notch digital design groups that produced print products, animations, videos, interactive graphics, and a variety of other high-quality digital media that were credited for single-handedly winning customer adoptions of our products.
Although I’ve been in design management roles, I’ve always kept a hands-on approach, as I think it is important to maintain technical/software skills to be able to effectively lead other creatives. In the past five years I’ve been thoroughly enjoying being an individual contributor again, creating designs, graphics, illustrations, catalogs, email blasts, marketing ads and more.
Outside of design and reading, I enjoy playing tennis (badly) and pool (slightly better), photography, travel, and snorkeling with amazing marine life any chance I get.
